We are walking around the beachfront town of Airlie after exploring some of the town by car. There’s a large swimming pool close to the beach they call The Lagoon and people swim here instead of the ocean because of small jellyfish that sting swimmers near the beach. Walking in town was too hot so we decided to drive to local waterfall (30 minutes away). That was a good idea- it beautiful and refreshing – the water was just right.

After a late lunch in town and some shopping we headed back to our place to relax the rest of the day. Two more photos to share for tonight…
